Materials: 1 medium octopus, 1 pinch Salt Oregano, Olive Oil Lemon Execution: First wash and clean our octopus, remove mouth, eyes, stomach and ink. Put the rest in a pot of water with a little salt to boil over a low heat for a while, we want it not to boil too much. Remove it from the pot, drain it with a little olive oil and oregano and grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning it 2 to 3 times. After it's cooked, cut it into pieces and pour it with olive oil and a little oregano.
