Chicken fillet with mustard sauce
Juicy, summer food with rich aroma and excellent taste!
Methods of preparation: In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the pepper with the onion for a while. Add the fresh tomato, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and let it boil for a bit. Add the rice to the sauce and when it starts to boil, remove from the heat and add the feta cheese. Mix lightly and fill the zucchini with this mixture, place them in a baking pan carefully and add 1 glass of water. Let them simmer for half an hour and remove from the oven.
Serve after they have cooled a little!
1 dried onion, roughly chopped
3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and passed through the grater, mixed with 1 can. g. Sugar

1 cup. rice for stuffed
1 cup coarsely chopped feta cheese

Plenty of fresh parsley, finely chopped
