Heak with garlic sause!
Δευτέρα 30 Νοεμβρίου 2020Rinse the fillets and drain them well in a slotted pan. Prepare the garlic: put in boiling water one spoon of soup salt and then add the potatoes. Boil for about 22 minutes and add the garlic. Continue boiling until the potatoes are done. In a blender melt the potatoes together with the garlic, without draining them particularly from their water, so as not to tighten. Add the pepper, salt, tarragon, nutmeg and lemon juice and stir very well. At the end add the margarine and stir until you achieve a creamy mixture. Prepare the fillets: pass the well-drained fillets through the flour, covering all surfaces, and then fry in hot oil. Turn the fillets carefully to brown on both sides and place them on absorbent paper. Serve the fillets and accompany with the garlic sprinkle and if you like with a little sweet paprika.
