Very tasty and very easy way to cook the veal.

 

What to do:

 

Wipe the meat with absorbent paper. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 + 1/2 tablespoons flour. Stir to coat the meat with flour. Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a plastic pot and brown the meat on all sides, to make a crust. Add the chopped carrots, onion, celery and let them wilt. We make a bouquet of herbs with bay leaf, thyme, parsley, allspice and peppercorns. Tie it to a turban and add it to the food. Add all the wine, tomato and cover the food. Simmer for 2 hours, until the sauce thickens well and the meat softens. Serve with sautéed mushrooms, rice or pasta and chopped parsley.
