Chicken nuggets "dressed" with mustard

Materials

4 chicken nuggets

300 g breadcrumbs, grated

2-3 tablespoons soft mustard

Oil for frying : 400 ml sunflower oil

2 eggs

Flour

Salt, pepper 

Methods of preparation:

We combine tender chicken nuggets with mustard, having as a result a delicious dish of pan-fried chicken, which rewards our choice.

Execution: Boil the chicken thighs well for 10 minutes. Then drain them and place them on an absorbent paper. Spice with salt and pepper, brush with mustard, flour them and dip them in the scrambled eggs. Finally, fry them with breadcrumbs and fry them at high temperature, until a good crisp crust is created.
